可以。当收到Win10的推送之后，点击确定升级。重启之后如果没有了反应，就到”设置“-----”更改电脑设置“-----”更新和恢复“-----”Windows更新“里面去检查更新并把它推荐的更新全部选上，下载安装更新。更新完之后，不久就会收到微软的推送，有一个Windows的符号，在屏幕的右下角。点击之后根据提示安装即可。

从设计能力来看，平板电脑找中小型有经验，技术团队过硬的就很好。和大公司合作第一要有量，第二要有时间。流程非常多。估计楼主的项目不会很大，建议找找北京深圳做平板电脑OEM或MID OEM方案的厂商吧。现在4412估计明年回火。如3楼所说，深圳亿道，北京迅为都不错。价格不清楚，但至少东西是做出来了。可以去要些资料比较一下再说。
你要看你是干什么用了，RMB只是一方面，如果价格和性能不成正比的话，买了也没用。
