1、出现这种问题首先检查你的itunes版本，启动itunes，点击帮助。
2、选择检查更新，如果是有新版本我们选择升级。
3、接着在帮助下方点击运行诊断程序。
4、选择测试网络连接和设备联通性，点击下一步按钮。
5、根据提示向导完成测试。
6、完成后，itunes修复系统可以恢复，如果不行，接下来进C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc找到host文件，右键单击选择打开方式。
7、在打开的hosts文件中，删除hosts文件所有内容，将下面的代码复制进入，点击文件--保存后推退出，重启电脑后在操作就不会出现3194了。
